Villa Theodora in Agios Ioannis couldn't be better situated. A secluded house offering complete privacy, some little extra luxuries not often found in other accommodation and close enough to all local amenities.

What could be a better holiday location than Agios Ioannis ? Right in the very centre of the small island of Corfu you are never far away from anywhere. Hire a car and tour the island. You won't have to go far to find some of the most breath-taking scenery you could see in Europe. The resort of Paleokastritsa is dotted with beautiful beaches and coves with some stunning views over the cliffs and bays. The village itself has slumbered for years under the olives and their bounty, a backwater to the swirl of history. The first Youth Hostel on the island for travellers was at the Hotel Marinda in the 50s. Here came a wild influx of back-packers though the 60s and 70s summers, their tents over-spilling into the surrounding groves. Many of these same youngsters have ripened to become parents, returning here regularly with their families to a largely unchanged spot. You will enjoy alfresco dining at nearby Kosta's taverna.

Visit the capital of the island--Corfu Town. The Island's chequered past is reflected in the varying styles of buildings. There is even a cricket pitch in the centre of the town laid down by the British during their rule in the 19th century. Shopping is a must in Corfu Town which provides the visitor with a wide range of goods including jewellery, leather goods and souvenirs all at reasonable prices. Alternatively enjoy a drink in a bar and watch the world go by !
You are never far from anything when you stay at Villa Theodora.
